Job Summary

Own customer accounts across your territory as the primary liaison for service and product delivery. Build and maintain customer relationships, develop annual account business plans, and monitor market trends, volumes, and competitive activity. Lead pricing negotiations, manage daily billing accuracy, payment discrepancies, DSO, rebates, and provide monthly sales forecasts using standard tools. Provide first-line technical input and support while following all plant safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines and participate in related meetings.
•Foster relationships with customers and develop customer loyalty and brand reputation.
•Develop annual business plans and maintain understanding of market volumes, trends, competition, and economic drivers.
•Manage customer accounts including correct daily billing, pricing entry, payment discrepancies, DSO, and rebates.
•Lead price negotiations, provide technical input to customers, and deliver monthly sales forecasts via standard tools.

Key Requirements

•4 year degree in marketing, business, management, or a related field is required.
•Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, operations, or technical service in the construction field or related roles.
•Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft software products.
•Ability to drive committed and effective incident management.
•Proficient in English written, verbal communication, and listening skills.
