Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships

Establish and scale the Financial Institutions vertical as a core Business Development pillar. Own the full partnership lifecycle—from market strategy and executive engagement to negotiations, implementation, governance, and long-term expansion—driving multi-year growth in premium, revenue, and profitability. Build executive relationships across banks, credit unions, FinTechs, and payment providers, partner cross-functionally with Product/Engineering/Legal/Finance, and represent Root as an embedded insurance thought leader.
