Key Responsibilities

•Lead and influence the marketing analytics function, driving the design and delivery of advanced measurement frameworks in a distributed team.
•Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies to translate complex methodologies into business decisions.
•Review and mentor the team’s work, ensuring analytical credibility and timely delivery.
•Partner with US-based and Indian teams to align on priorities, roadmaps, and impact.
•Represent the analytics perspective in cross-functional leadership discussions and present findings to marketing and business leaders.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, marketing analytics, or applied measurement with deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and its tooling, business integration, and stakeholder communication.
•Strong knowledge of marketing attribution, incrementality testing, and causal inference methods (geo-testing, diff-in-diff, synthetic controls, uplift modeling).
•Experience with performance forecasting and budget optimization in a marketing context.
•Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
•Deep proficiency in SQL and Python or R; experience operating in production analytics environments.
