Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor process performance and KPIs such as OEE and line spoilage to support operational improvement.
  • •Develop and run trials of new technologies to ensure final production quality.
  • •Continuously pursue process improvements by implementing new technologies and preventive maintenance activities.
  • •Use Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis tools to provide information for data-driven decisions.
  • •Develop and implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and collect/analyze efficiency data to maximize efficiency, quality, and reduce costs while following hygiene, food safety, and health and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing operations and methods including SPC, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED and Lean Manufacturing.
  • •Project management skills and a team approach.
  • •Advanced knowledge of PC software: Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • •Good knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety, Health and Safety, and Environmental rules.
