Job Summary

Shape how AI elevates global Services by identifying where AI outperforms analytics, RPA, or process redesign. Build and maintain an AI use-case roadmap across Service Delivery, Education, and Project Management, and lead cross-functional pilots with IT/Data/AI, Q&R, Markets, and PMO. Embed privacy, security, safety, and data governance, define KPIs and acceptance criteria, and scale successful solutions through continuous learning and feedback loops.

Key Responsibilities

•Help Services teams apply AI thoughtfully to improve uptime, learning outcomes, project delivery, and cost-to-serve while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
•Assess where AI adds value versus analytics, RPA, or process redesign as better solutions.
•Build and maintain an AI use-case roadmap across Service Delivery, Education, and Project Management tied to measurable business outcomes.
•Identify automation opportunities and integrate AI into existing workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
•Lead cross-functional pilots, capture learnings, define KPIs/acceptance criteria, and embed privacy/security/safety/data governance controls across the AI lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•7+ years’ experience in services operations or process transformation, plus 3+ years delivering AI-enabled solutions in service/field service, education/learning operations, or project delivery.
•Experience evaluating feasibility and trade-offs of AI versus analytics/RPA/process redesign, balancing value, risk, and controls in line with governance.
•Experience taking AI use cases from discovery through implementation (e.g., knowledge assist/search, case triage, predictive maintenance, content classification, risk prediction) with data governance and model lifecycle management.
•Experience in service operations within the MedTech industry.
•Skilled in Lean/Six Sigma, design thinking, and change management, and able to translate concepts for non-technical audiences.
