Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operations, administration, and support service teams across cluster(s), implementing a consistent service culture and efficient staff deployment.
  • •Ensure operational, financial, HSE, and audit/regulatory compliance using robust performance management systems.
  • •Develop and implement policies, systems, processes, and student safeguarding measures to support business continuity and service deliverables.
  • •Oversee budgets and expenditure to support best value, and assist procurement with tender scope and evaluation criteria.
  • •Drive a proactive health and safety culture, ensure inspections/audits are completed per the safety management system, and support incident management via AVA system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (BSc) in a business-related subject or a graduate-level related industry qualification for the assigned functional area(s).
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in a senior level position within an education or service-oriented industry.
  • •Fluent English communication skills (written and oral).
  • •Strong organizational ability and the ability to execute timely follow-up under pressure.
  • •Certificate of School Business Management/Facilities Management/NEBOSH or IOSH is preferable.
