Lead operations, administration, and support service teams across cluster(s), implementing a service culture and ensuring efficient staff deployment, recruitment, and continuous professional development. Advise Principals, Operations Managers, and HQ on operational, financial, HSE, and audit/regulatory compliance, using performance management to drive accountability. Oversee budget and procurement-related processes, champion a proactive health and safety culture, manage internal/external audits, and support major projects like new builds and expansions.
