Key Responsibilities

  • •Distribute and accurately record gasoline disbursed in vehicles.
  • •Enter fuel usage in AS400 via TC75, and start vehicles while checking and marking fuel gauges.
  • •Report and record auction gasoline levels and alert proper personnel to prevent running out of gasoline in the main fill area.
  • •Jump-start vehicles and put air in tires if needed; report inoperable vehicles and damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
  • •Assist customers in locating vehicles and support sale day duties; assist in gasoline disbursement audits when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles safely.
  • •Ability to follow safety and health procedures and model safety behaviors.
  • •Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, squatting, and climbing.
  • •Medium strength with ability to lift 1-50 pounds and required vision abilities (close, distance, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment).
