  • •Lead, coach, and manage performance for 15+ mortgage consultants, including IDPs, onboarding, and ramp-up.
  • •Drive monthly and quarterly loan disbursal sales targets.
  • •Provide hands-on enablement across CRM, mortgage processes, and industry best practices.
  • •Manage customer experience, including escalations and complex cases.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal governance and banking regulations, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a mortgage or financial services leadership role (Team Leader, Sales Manager, etc.).
  • •Strong track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership.
  • •Deep understanding of the UAE mortgage market and banking practices (preferred).
  • •Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
