Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end employee relations case management and investigations from intake through resolution.
  • •Handle complex and escalated investigations, ensuring accurate, timely case files and documentation.
  • •Advise and counsel HRBPs and managers on employee issues, policy interpretation, and corrective actions.
  • •Provide guidance on recommendations for corrective actions aligned with company values and behaviors.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, tracking metrics, and recommending process enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of employee relations experience, ideally with HR business partner experience.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication with solid judgment in assessing risk.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead employee investigations with little supervision.
  • •Solid working knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance (AAP/EEO, ADA, I-9) and labor & employment laws.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
