Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a techno-functional advisory team and act as liaison between Global Markets/Finance and business groups across head office and international locations.
  • •Devise solutions to implement controls and improve governance, accuracy, and efficiency for financial and management reporting.
  • •Re-engineer processes to facilitate management and financial reporting and analysis, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Centralize system change requests by reviewing BRDs, following up IT implementations, performing UAT, ensuring global rollouts, and notifying stakeholders of end-user procedures.
  • •Simultaneously lead automation/optimization and transformation projects, manage international roll-out validation activities, and represent GM Finance in complex mergers and acquisitions integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
  • •Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in a similar role in a reputable international/global bank.
  • •Extensive track record delivering techno-functional bank-wide projects with proven leadership and managerial experience.
  • •Strong business acumen and technical expertise (systems, infrastructure) and the ability to manage stakeholders across GM Finance and IT.
  • •Strong verbal and written presentation skills with senior stakeholder management, plus highly developed analytical and numerical skills.
