Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the key, day-to-day client interface delivering value-added cost management for large-scale hyperscale data center campus and mission-critical construction programs across the U.S. Lead cost planning and estimate updates through design milestones, support change-order estimating and negotiations, and produce monthly cost reports. Coordinate cost information across contractors, suppliers, and design teams while managing valuations, cost variances, contingency, and cost auditing processes.
