Key Responsibilities

•Architect, design, and implement efficient manufacturing test processes for state-of-the-art GPU chips as part of the Operations Engineering team.
•Identify and implement test processes to improve manufacturing efficiency for latest GPU architectures built in leading-edge process technology.
•Analyze product yield limiters and drive root-cause resolution of failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) with cross-functional teams.
•Define product test requirements and drive NPI bring-up, validation, and characterization for smooth production ramp at worldwide sites.
•Influence test coverage placement across test and supply chain to reduce cost and production waste; perform detailed data analysis to correlate customer failures with production data.

Key Requirements

•Master or above degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Physics with 2+ years of experience.
•Experience in post-silicon characterization, correlation, qualification and debug.
•Knowledgeable in the area of ATE testing, DFT methodology, CMOS device physics.
•Strong presentation and communication skills with methodical problem-solving and attention to detail.
•High sense of ownership, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong teamwork.
