Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general, preventative maintenance, and repairs including basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  • •Complete and document daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks; update work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • •Ensure facilities meet bank standards and code-enforced standards including ADA guidelines; proactively address facility condition issues.
  • •Maintain mechanical equipment (e.g., air conditioners, heating systems, alarm systems) and provide minor repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roof, exterior facades, parking lots, and sidewalks.
  • •May oversee smaller projects as assigned (bid solicitation, contractor relationships, remodeling) and assist with lock system maintenance, equipment maintenance scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Three (3) years of related experience required.
  • •Ability to operate office equipment and common hand tools as needed.
  • •Ability to operate hand truck and Forklift Truck (employer to provide certification training if necessary).
  • •Basic computer skills including the MS Office suite, plus proficiency with work orders and communication/analytical/math skills required.
