Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrades, and support of IT systems and peripherals.
  • •Provide expertise during systems upgrades, installations, conversions, and file maintenance.
  • •Communicate with executive management and end users regarding information services and systems.
  • •Create and maintain written documentation, including system and user manuals, and follow SOPs/best practices.
  • •Oversee end-user services (help desk and technical support) and manage IT inventory and SLA updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • •At least 2 years of experience as an IT Officer in a luxury hotel.
  • •CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) would be an advantage.
  • •Strong ethics and reliability.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills.
