Job Summary

Lead Windchill development in the Pune office, driving customization, integration, and maintenance of Windchill solutions. You’ll design and debug Windchill applications, implement PDM Link/CREO integrations, and optimize PLM processes (BOM, Part, Document Management) using Java, XML, SQL, and related tools in an agile, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Windchill development and customization efforts for Windchill applications in the Pune office.
•Design, debug, and implement Windchill solutions, including PDM Link customization and CREO integrations.
•Translate business requirements into Windchill specifications and manage changes to support impacted business functions.
•Collaborate in an agile environment with cross-functional teams; support software testing, documentation, and maintenance.
•Work with Oracle, GIT, Jira, and other tools to ensure quality, performance, and timely delivery of Windchill projects.

Key Requirements

•6 to 8 years experience in PTC Windchill customization.
•Experience in: Solution Design, Windchill Customization Debugging, Windchill Development Fundamentals, Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Performance Tuning.
•Strong product development methodology and tools experience including agile methods, source management, problem resolution, automated testing, DevOps, GITHUB, SVN etc.
•Technical competences: Windchill Application; Skilled in basic and advanced Java, Webservices, JavaScript, Shell scripting, SQL, HTML, CSS; Knowledge of Windchill implementation in basic modules; Windchill - PDM Link customization, XML, Database(SQL) programming.
•Experience with PLM processes (BOM Management, Part Management, Document Management, EBOM/MBOM, CAD Integration, Configuration Management, Requirements management); Knowledge of PDM Link CREO Integration; ERP/CAD integrations; UML, Unix administration; Upgrade & migration; Oracle, GIT, Jira; Agile environment.
