Compliance-APAC - Manager - Trade Surveillance

Lead APAC trade surveillance activities by monitoring trading activity, reviewing surveillance reports, and driving approved enhancements in response to regulatory changes. Craft written instructions for technology staff, support regulator and exchange inquiries (primarily Australia and Hong Kong), and help draft supervisory procedures and firm policies. Develop remedial action plans following internal and external audit findings while working closely with a small team and managing priorities independently.
