Job Summary

Drive commercial growth of insurance products by supporting and developing a designated Bank Branch Network across your assigned geographical area. Build daily relationships with branch teams and serve as the primary point of contact for insurance solutions and sales. Deliver training and product presentations, coach Relationship/Branch Managers to identify opportunities, monitor KPIs and branch performance, and ensure full compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the designated Bank Branch Network to increase insurance sales and achieve commercial targets.
•Build and maintain day-to-day collaboration with branch teams as the primary contact for insurance solutions and sales topics.
•Provide guidance and commercial support to Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to identify opportunities and leverage client portfolios.
•Organize and deliver training sessions, product presentations, and joint client visits to improve product knowledge and conversion rates.
•Monitor key KPIs, analyze branch performance, propose targeted improvement actions, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (postgraduate study is an asset).

•Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
•Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and leverage KPIs for decision-making.
