Set up, operate, and maintain Mazak CNC machines for turning and milling, ensuring parts meet engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Program CNC machines using Mazatrol or G-code, optimize settings for accuracy, and inspect finished parts with precision measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machining issues, perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning, and work effectively with both on-site teams to support efficient production.
