Job Summary

Own the growth strategy and end-to-end performance of the Creator Live ecosystem powering TikTok Shop’s live commerce engine. Manage a portfolio of creators to drive GMV, activation, engagement, and long-term ecosystem health by building scalable operating models, creator incubation/lifecycle programs, and data-informed initiatives. Partner cross-functionally across Product, Category, Operations, Campaigns, Finance, and Algorithm teams to define priorities, influence the roadmap, and continuously improve creator and live operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the overall growth strategy and business performance of the Creator Live ecosystem, driving GMV, creator activation, live engagement, and ecosystem health.
•Define and execute creator growth strategies across different maturity stages using scalable operating models and growth frameworks.
•Design and continuously optimize creator incubation, education, and lifecycle management programs to improve retention, productivity, and monetization.
•Use data-informed insights to identify performance gaps across traffic, merchandising, conversion, content quality, and live operations, and translate them into scalable solutions and best practices.
•Partner cross-functionally across Product, Category, Operations, Campaigns, Finance, and Algorithm teams to set priorities, influence the product roadmap, and expand creator supply and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in live commerce, creator management, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or partnerships.
•Strong understanding of content, creators, and performance-driven growth.
•Comfortable working with data and metrics to inform decisions.
•Excellent communication skills to influence creators and cross-functional partners.
•Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented.
