Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead resolution of complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and other complex people matters.
  • •Coach and develop managers to address people issues confidently while mitigating risk.
  • •Provide pragmatic, commercially focused, legally compliant advice to influence stakeholder outcomes.
  • •Identify, assess, and appropriately escalate legal, reputational, and organisational risks.
  • •Drive continuous improvement via technology adoption, process optimisation, and knowledge sharing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 45,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable knowledge of the ACAS Code of Practice, employment legislation, and current case law.
  • •Proven experience independently managing complex, high-risk employee relations cases with sound judgement and risk assessment.
  • •Ability to coach and develop managers to address people issues and mitigate risk.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
  • •Experience in legally compliant, commercially balanced ER guidance and decision support.
