Key Responsibilities

•Assist the store manager(s) daily and own certain operational tasks (stock management, receiving goods, planning, service follow-up).
•Demonstrate Dyson products daily to consumers and deliver exceptional customer experiences during new product/service launches.
•Coach sales teams in product demonstrations and highlighting Dyson technologies.
•Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure the team has the right information at the right time (launches, new technologies, range updates, new services).
•Analyze store performance via KPI tracking, support action plans, and handle reporting plus opening/closing when managers are absent.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience managing a sales floor (planning, stock management, briefs).
•Retail mindset with proven experience in daily store operations.
•Ability to engage and lead a team to deliver a premium customer experience.
•Strong communication and an engaging approach with collaborators in-store and at HQ.
•English skills are appreciated, and you can use office tools (Office).
