Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to implementing the organization’s system-wide strategy and help develop system-wide and faculty/division policies.
  • •Teach courses aligned with course syllabi and program goals, using applied approaches and educational technology resources.
  • •Ensure effective learning in a second-language environment by providing continuous feedback, monitoring progress, evaluating students, and updating grades.
  • •Serve as a student advisor: advise and assist students through regular office hours, recommend at-risk action plans, and mentor students during internships/work placements.
  • •Conduct applied research aligned with faculty interests and national innovation priorities; participate in conferences; and support committees, course management, curriculum revisions, and eCAF/CAR preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required where applicable.
  • •Or a Master’s Degree plus a professional certification relevant to the discipline with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
  • •Or a Bachelor’s Degree may be considered for candidates with extensive industry experience and industry certification as per discipline requirements.
  • •Minimum 3 years teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
  • •Experience developing course curriculum aligned with accreditation and international standards, including incorporating educational technology.
