Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Lead multiple concurrent capital projects and programs including renovations, workplace, infrastructure, and facility improvement initiatives.
  • •Manage complex projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and operational requirements.
  • •Lead project planning: scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement strategies, and overall project execution.
  • •Maintain project budgets/schedules/forecasts, risk registers, and executive-level reporting; monitor performance and mitigate risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate occupier, construction, owner’s representative, or consulting environments.
  • •Experience managing large, complex capital improvement, workplace, renovation, infrastructure, or facility-related projects and programs.
  • •Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • •Strong knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and consultant management, with senior-leadership presentation experience.
