Key Responsibilities

•Own pipeline quality and integrity, including recurring interlocks with Sales, Marketing, Sales Development, and Partner teams.
•Run quarterly deal clinics to unblock deal progression and requalify live pipeline against current product packaging.
•Plan pipeline growth using sales planning systems and convert marketing activities into ready-to-call plays and follow-up sequences.
•Drive pipeline motion by monitoring lead ageing, slipped/discontinued opportunities, and early qualification to avoid late-stage clean-up.
•Lead execution and coaching: manage co-selling campaigns with cloud partners and design/launch activation programs (e.g., blitz days, sprint weeks) while coaching SDR/Sales teams on messaging and call rhythm.

•Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
•Comfort with systems and ABM tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, Demandbase, and other ABM platforms.
