Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess client needs, craft solutions, and negotiate with insurance carriers to acquire coverage in clients’ best interests.
  • •Analyze and present sophisticated insurance contract concepts, including renewal strategies and results.
  • •Apply client analysis/underwriting and insurance program diagnostic skills to improve client programs.
  • •Maintain relationships with external clients and prospects, and build internal relationships with Aon product specialists, brokers, producers, and account executives.
  • •Develop and deliver client/prospect presentations and leverage underwriter relationships to improve broking results; coordinate claims and legal advocacy as needed.

Key Requirements
