Job Summary

Lead the operational delivery of global Learning & Development programs, partnering with L&D leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives run on time and align with organizational priorities. Manage a team of direct reports covering learning operations, virtual/hybrid/in-person program delivery, and in-person event logistics. Administer and optimize the LMS and learning technologies, track learning metrics, and support internal communications and learning marketing. Drive continuous improvement, including AI-enabled learning tools integration.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee operational delivery of Learning & Development programs, ensuring on-time execution and alignment with organizational priorities.
•Develop and maintain standardized processes and operational workflows to enable scalable learning delivery.
•Lead operational planning and delivery for virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programs, including direction and coordination for L&D direct reports.
•Manage logistics for in-person leadership programs, including vendors, venues, facilitators, participant management, schedules, materials, and learning environments.
•Support administration/optimization of the LMS and learning technologies, track participation and learning metrics, and manage internal communications and learning program marketing (including CrowdConnect updates).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational development, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•4+ years of experience in learning & development, HR program management, learning operations, or related HR program delivery.
•3+ years of people management experience with at least 2 direct reports.
•Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.
•Experience supporting or coordinating corporate learning programs or HR initiatives; ability to facilitate instructor-led classes in virtual and in-person settings.
