Design innovative laboratory spaces for new construction and renovation projects, collaborating with a Laboratory Design Project Team to translate complex requirements into precise drawings. Create detailed 2D/3D plans, elevations, sections, and installation documentation using AutoCAD and Revit, manage bills of materials and change orders, and optimize layouts through space planning and value engineering. Serve as a technical expert for proposals and coordinate updates based on evolving customer needs.

•Design laboratory spaces for new construction and renovation using AutoCAD and Revit.

•Optimize laboratory layouts through space planning, furniture selection, and value engineering.
