  • •Establish and modify process management projects and set process parameters for semiconductor equipment.
  • •Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment/materials.
  • •Analyze process data and perform root cause analysis to resolve process issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communication with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • •A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
  • •Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (engineering statistical data analysis) would be advantageous.
