Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale global People Operations, continuously building and improving the operating model, team, and infrastructure for growth across Europe, North America, APJ, and beyond.
  • •Lead and develop regional People Ops and Payroll teams, ensuring consistent global execution and strong employee lifecycle experience.
  • •Build and optimize an AI-first People operating model using process automation, agentic AI for complex workflows, and an integrated People technology ecosystem.
  • •Own global payroll operations, working with internal specialists and external providers to ensure accuracy, controls, and timely multi-country execution.
  • •Own global Total Rewards operations (compensation cycles, benchmarking, benefits, equity reporting, and vendor management) and support employment compliance and mobility.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive HR/People experience with leadership across People Operations and Total Rewards.
  • •Proven experience scaling a global B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology company from ~300+ employees through significant growth.
  • •Strong global experience across Europe, North America, and APJ, including multiple entities, EORs, and complex European employment environments.
  • •Significant experience across People Operations, payroll, Total Rewards, systems, and compliance, with a track record of building infrastructure for scale.
  • •Highly technology- and AI-oriented, with demonstrated experience using automation, AI agents, and agentic workflows to redesign work.
