Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a vertical end-to-end, driving outcomes and metrics, prioritizing the backlog by value/risk/dependencies, and defining crisp acceptance criteria.
  • •Shape technical design with engineering, covering system boundaries, money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), third-party rail behavior, and failure/retry/refund paths.
  • •Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX, and defend decisions with engineering, compliance, and operations leaders.
  • •Treat regulated constraints as first-class inputs, including licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, and privacy.
  • •Apply AI where it earns its place by defining allowed decision-making, human-in-the-loop expectations, evaluation approach, and safe behavior when unsure.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, with strong judgment under ambiguity and the ability to balance ambition with technical, regulatory, and operational reality.
  • •Solid technical foundation in system design (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, concurrency consistency) and comfort reviewing/challenging design docs.
  • •Experience in a regulated, high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance, including understanding correctness over convenience for money movement.
  • •Hands-on AI judgment for LLM-based products, including defining eval-able features and knowing when a model must not be in the loop.
  • •Nice-to-have: engineer or highly technical PM background; zero-to-one experience; shipped AI-heavy consumer products; defined ML/LLM evaluation metrics; SEA market experience.
