Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reporting are effectively managed. Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to implement a wide range of security solutions across IT and OT domains, including SIEM, PAM, XDR, NAC, NDR, and SOAR. Drive compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and support audit and remediation activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure, including test and commissioning.
•Manage multiple cybersecurity solutions to meet project requirements and ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality.
•Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing regular status reporting to the program management team.
•Implement and coordinate cybersecurity solution areas including SIEM, PAM, endpoint security (XDR), web/email security gateways, OT/IoT intrusion detection, NAC/NDR, and SOAR/threat intelligence.
•Act as primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors/vendors, and end customers; translate cybersecurity concepts for senior management and support compliance, audits, and remediation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
•PMP certification and CISSP certification.
•10+ years of cybersecurity experience and 5+ years delivering cybersecurity projects as a project manager.
•Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams on large-scale cybersecurity projects.
•Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks/standards (e.g., NCSA, QCF 2022, IEC 62443) and network security architectures, plus cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).
