  • •Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • •Develop and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to customer goals, including regular meetings, health checks, and business reviews.
  • •Drive product adoption by monitoring customer health, usage trends, adoption metrics, and engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
