Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical consultation and architecture design to tailor cloud solutions for customer use cases, communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • •Lead proactive engagement with top accounts, driving retention, expansion, and cost-optimization through data-driven insights and quarterly business reviews.
  • •Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with Engineering, Support, and Product teams to influence roadmaps and improve customer experiences.
  • •Develop tooling and scripts to improve efficiency of technical engagements and stay current with cloud industry best practices.
  • •Mentor and train teams and partners, and contribute to internal/external documentation to support knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical expertise in cloud infrastructure with a strong understanding of Linux, distributed systems, and automation.
