Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical consultation and architecture design to tailor cloud solutions for customer use cases, communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
•Lead proactive engagement with top accounts, driving retention, expansion, and cost-optimization through data-driven insights and quarterly business reviews.
•Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with Engineering, Support, and Product teams to influence roadmaps and improve customer experiences.
•Develop tooling and scripts to improve efficiency of technical engagements and stay current with cloud industry best practices.
•Mentor and train teams and partners, and contribute to internal/external documentation to support knowledge transfer.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,800 - 176,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Technical expertise in cloud infrastructure with a strong understanding of Linux, distributed systems, and automation.
•Development experience in at least one mainstream language (e.g., Python, Go).
•Knowledge of provisioning/deployment tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
•Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
•Proven track record in troubleshooting complex technical problems and communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
