Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate customer and partner opportunities in the SMB landscape alongside Distribution and Channel teams.
  • •Independently own and manage small deals, managing opportunities from qualification to closure through partners.
  • •Generate new business through proactive outbound (calls, emails, virtual meetings) and partner engagement programs.
  • •Manage renewals, quotes, pricing analysis, and asset lists while maintaining accurate opportunity data in Salesforce.
  • •Drive partner engagement and channel development: identify/qualify partners, support programmatic partners, and contribute to QoQ revenue growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building business with partners and customers from an inside position.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills to executives.
  • •Previous opportunity management experience using SFDC/Salesforce.
  • •Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment with revenue responsibilities.
  • •Familiarity with Fortinet’s products and services is preferred.
