Job Summary

Provide civil and structural engineering oversight for ADNOC oil and gas PMC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes from FEED through detailed engineering, construction, commissioning and handover. Lead design reviews, coordinate with EPC and multidisciplinary teams, manage interfaces, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence on high-profile Abu Dhabi projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Review civil and structural engineering deliverables by EPC contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications and international codes.
•Provide technical guidance on civil/structural matters and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve interface issues; participate in design reviews and value engineering.
•Oversee civil and structural design activities including foundations, pipe racks, buildings, roads, drainage and utilities; ensure designs address geotechnical, environmental and operational requirements.
•Monitor EPC contractor engineering performance, review technical queries and deviations, and propose engineering solutions; participate in technical clarification meetings and design workshops.
•Coordinate with ADNOC stakeholders, PMC disciplines, contractors and third-party consultants; manage interfaces with other disciplines and support project planning and milestone achievement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree is an advantage; Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent preferred.
