Key Responsibilities

•Manage technician staff to produce and deliver hardware through factory acceptance, including managing priorities, equipment, and people on the production line.
•Direct daily operations by issuing and completing work orders and prioritizing work activities to meet on-time delivery goals.
•Ensure safety compliance by maintaining current safety training, documenting EHS incidents, proactively correcting hazards, and driving continuous operational improvement.
•Manage and support production technicians through coaching, mentoring, and training.
•Maintain quality and production reporting by ensuring standards are met, supporting no defects, running 5S/continuous improvement, and completing transactions in production systems (NetSuite/JIRA Anduril MES).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years production-oriented or electro-mechanical technician experience, including 3+ years as a supervisor or production operations lead/manager in a high-volume environment.
•Experience with ERP and MES systems.
•Full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management (ECOs).
•Ability to interpret technical documentation such as mechanical drawings, work instructions, equipment specs, and electrical schematics.
•Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and ability to communicate clearly; U.S. citizenship required.
