Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage technician staff to produce and deliver hardware through factory acceptance, including managing priorities, equipment, and people on the production line.
  • •Direct daily operations by issuing and completing work orders and prioritizing work activities to meet on-time delivery goals.
  • •Ensure safety compliance by maintaining current safety training, documenting EHS incidents, proactively correcting hazards, and driving continuous operational improvement.
  • •Manage and support production technicians through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • •Maintain quality and production reporting by ensuring standards are met, supporting no defects, running 5S/continuous improvement, and completing transactions in production systems (NetSuite/JIRA Anduril MES).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years production-oriented or electro-mechanical technician experience, including 3+ years as a supervisor or production operations lead/manager in a high-volume environment.
  • •Experience with ERP and MES systems.
  • •Full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management (ECOs).
  • •Ability to interpret technical documentation such as mechanical drawings, work instructions, equipment specs, and electrical schematics.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and ability to communicate clearly; U.S. citizenship required.
