Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the fund administration (FA) team and develop/review operating procedures for fund accounting, valuation, investment compliance monitoring, and report generation.
  • •Review and authorize operating procedures for fund accounting, valuation, compliance monitoring, and client/local-authority reporting.
  • •Assess existing systems and processes, identify enhancement needs, and work with the MIS manager to improve efficiency and services.
  • •Allocate work, supervise staff, and train/coach the FA team to achieve annual goals and objectives.
  • •Handle customer enquiries on fund administration, regulations, and market practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master degree in business or related areas.
  • •Experience in auditing at an accounting firm, or industry accounting experience, or fund accounting experience in investment trust.
  • •Basic knowledge and interest in financial products.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • •Obtain required licenses within 6 months of joining: trust business personnel license and securities investment trust/consulting license, plus financial market knowledge and professional ethics.
