Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate IT Demand Intake: Serve as the single point of contact for business-initiated IT requests, reviewing and structuring them for clarity and completeness before submission.
  • •Manage Estimation Process: Facilitate the end-to-end estimation process with internal and external IT providers, ensuring delivery partners assess feasibility, conduct capacity checks, and provide estimates within agreed timelines.
  • •Validate and Challenge Estimates: Critically assess proposed estimates using internal benchmarks, historical data, and expert knowledge to identify anomalies or excessive costs.
  • •Maintain Transparent Demand Tracking: Keep an up-to-date demand register to track status, estimate cycles, and provider feedback, ensuring traceability between demand intake and final delivery.
  • •Ensure Supplier Readiness and Delivery Feasibility: Confirm that IT suppliers have adequate capacity and contractual coverage to deliver the estimated work. Liaise with procurement and finance where needed and contribute to continuous improvement of estimation accuracy over time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • •Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong advantage
  • •Proactive, structured, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on transparency
  • •Hands-on experience coordinating with IT providers and understanding the demand-to-delivery lifecycle
  • •Experience structuring IT requests and using estimation models and benchmarking practices
