Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in a fast-paced 24-month Management Trainee programme with hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure.
  • •Build understanding of Hang Seng’s purpose, values, and strategy, including how decisions are made and customers are served.
  • •Work on bank-wide projects and growth priorities, including AI and digital innovation initiatives.
  • •Develop commercial and leadership mindset through opportunities related to Hong Kong–Mainland connectivity and development.
  • •Develop core competencies within the selected business stream, including Global Markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
  • •Have obtained, or be expected to achieve, a 2:1 Degree classification or higher (or overseas equivalent) and complete studies by July 2027.
  • •Be a recent graduate with less than 3 years’ full-time work experience, or be due to graduate by July 2027.
  • •Be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong.
