Key Responsibilities

•Architect and implement large-scale Observability platforms and related tooling.
•Maintain and support one of the largest logging deployments in the industry and integrate with other observability tools.
•Own on-call coverage across a multi-tool observability stack and triage issues across platforms.
•Collaborate with SRE, Engineering, and Product teams to drive critical initiatives and improve reliability.
•Define and track service level objectives/indicators (SLOs/SLIs) to represent and measure service quality.

Key Requirements

•7 to 10+ years production level experience with distributed applications at scale in public and/or private cloud
•Experience architecting and implementing large-scale Observability platforms
•Experience with internally hosted logging systems like Splunk, ClickHouse, Loki, Elastic
•Demonstrated ability to drive ingestion cost optimization through data-driven analysis and engagement with customer engineering teams
•Experience with OpenTelemetry — including collector configuration, pipelines, and instrumentation
