Broiler Field Representative

Oversee broiler farms as a company representative to contracted growers. Monitor house conditions and bird welfare, provide technical guidance on building/equipment specifications, litter handling, sanitation, biosecurity, and farm best practices, and support grower performance and cost reduction. Provide chick placement and feed withdrawal timing, track and report bird mortality, maintain feed tank inventory and coordinate deliveries, and reinforce safety initiatives to maintain a zero-accident culture.
