Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality administration support to internal and external clients under supervision of Sr. Analysts/Ops Manager.
  • •Execute project work aligned with SLA requirements, timelines, and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction.
  • •Review plan and proposal documents to create plan designs in the Greater Insight System and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
  • •Resolve issues/queries and maintain proper documentation and follow-up; manage client/shared mailboxes.
  • •Bridge communication between onshore consultants and insurance vendors and identify/share operational improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate (except technical graduates).
  • •0–1 year of relevant experience.
  • •Basic MS Excel knowledge including text, math, statistical (AVERAGE, COUNT), logical (IF, OR), and lookup functions.
  • •Ability to create, edit, and format presentations in PowerPoint.
  • •Knowledge of VBA macros and stakeholder management; strong business communication in English.
