Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and diagnose failures using schematics and technical documentation. Install and inspect machinery, replace components such as motors, drives, belts, bearings, sensors, and PLC-related devices, and support upgrades, records, and Lockout/Tagout safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
•Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
•Diagnose equipment failures and determine corrective actions using schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
•Install, assemble, test, and inspect machinery; repair or replace defective components including motors, drives, belts, bearings, sensors, and PLC-related devices.
•Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and assist with plant facilities and utilities.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•At least 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
