Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead line management and development of cost managers and team members, including recruitment and performance reviews.
  • •Act as the primary day-to-day client interface, delivering a value-added cost management service and ensuring client objectives are met.
  • •Develop and lead cost benchmarks, KPIs, and robust cost reporting structures to guide project execution.
  • •Oversee end-to-end project controls and reporting, including cost planning, post-contract cost reports, and life cycle costing.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations, contract administration, risk management, and invoicing processes with the cost management team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management.
  • •Experience in client management with solid client-facing experience and business development skills.
  • •SISV / MRICS / APQS certified
