Design to Order Engineering Manager

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering engineered-to-order HVAC solutions that meet unique customer, application, and project requirements. Translate external technical inputs from customers, suppliers, design firms, channel partners, and third-party resources into internal engineering requirements and executable deliverables. Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations to ensure designs are manufacturable, properly documented, and delivered on time.
