Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to help build destination workflow orchestration for Capital One.
  • •Collaborate with engineering leaders and product partners to detail design solutions and develop products via POCs, specs, and code.
  • •Write code, review PRs, and deliver engineering solutions while ensuring technical design and implementation quality.
  • •Act as an authoritative expert on non-functional system characteristics such as performance, scalability, observability, and operability.
  • •Mentor and coach engineers and product/leadership groups, helping remove technical impediments and strengthen engineering excellence.

Salary: USD 269,100 - 307,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 7 years of hands-on full stack or backend engineering experience.
  • •At least 5 years of professional coding experience in Java, Python, or Go.
  • •At least 5 years of software engineering, architecture, solution architecture, or site reliability engineering.
  • •At least 3 years of experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
