Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously perform maintenance tasks safely, correcting and reporting unsafe conditions and hazards.
  • •Prevent breakdowns by caring for equipment and improving efficiency using 5S, TPM, and other Lean initiatives.
  • •Develop autonomous and scheduled maintenance programs for the maintenance department and conduct TPM audits.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, including equipment failure root-cause analysis and scheduling downtime for PMs and repairs.
  • •Coordinate and chair equipment improvement teams, and purchase and coordinate components for equipment improvements and relocations.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of formal industrial or technical maintenance experience, or formal tech school in industrial maintenance.
  • •Experience writing and performing preventive maintenance procedures.
  • •Ability to use basic hand tools and understand and enforce all safety requirements.
  • •Ability to work from prints and schematics and recommend equipment component changes to improve OEE.
  • •Willingness to work all three shifts and split shifts as required to implement, audit, and sustain the TPM program.
