Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers and assist in selecting the right product; convert window shoppers to buyers; promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
•Follow the company selling guideline: GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank, and stay updated on brand knowledge for effective suggestive selling.
•Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss; be flexible to work extended hours during sale periods.
•Ensure stock is laid out and displayed per standard layout norms; follow VM guidelines; manage inventory inward/outward and maintain reports; handle POS and billing accurately.
