Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic insights to senior leadership via in-depth statistical analysis and modeling.
  • •Design and maintain metrics, models, and reporting for agent quality, reliability, adoption, and unit economics across Agents and Operations.
  • •Build evaluation and experimentation using production traces, rubrics, automated graders, regression suites, and experiment design to prove causation.
  • •Identify agent failure modes and cost/latency challenges, then build statistical and machine-learning models to drive product improvements and growth.
  • •Architect analytics/modeling infrastructure and oversee the data warehouse to support data integrity, governance, and accessibility.

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years of data science, machine learning, applied statistics, or quantitative research, including 2+ years modeling or measuring LLM- or agent-based systems in production.
  • •BS/MS/PhD in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, machine learning, computer science, mathematics, economics (or equivalent experience).
  • •Strong proficiency in Python with ML/statistics libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, pandas, statsmodels).
  • •Strong proficiency in SQL.
