Build and advance measurement and modeling for an agentic platform, defining how agent quality is measured and improved from 0→1. Own modeling of agent performance in real customer workflows—capability, reliability, and unit economics—while partnering with engineering, product, and operations. Create evaluation, experimentation, and analytics foundations using production traces, automated graders, and causal inference to ensure every agent improvement is backed by evidence.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic insights to senior leadership via in-depth statistical analysis and modeling.
•Design and maintain metrics, models, and reporting for agent quality, reliability, adoption, and unit economics across Agents and Operations.
•Build evaluation and experimentation using production traces, rubrics, automated graders, regression suites, and experiment design to prove causation.
•Identify agent failure modes and cost/latency challenges, then build statistical and machine-learning models to drive product improvements and growth.
•Architect analytics/modeling infrastructure and oversee the data warehouse to support data integrity, governance, and accessibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-8 years of data science, machine learning, applied statistics, or quantitative research, including 2+ years modeling or measuring LLM- or agent-based systems in production.
•BS/MS/PhD in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, machine learning, computer science, mathematics, economics (or equivalent experience).
•Strong proficiency in Python with ML/statistics libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, pandas, statsmodels).
•Strong proficiency in SQL.
•Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing) and applying statistical inference or causal methods.
