Program manager

Lead the execution and performance of multiple projects for a single customer, keeping risks, scope, schedule, and costs aligned with Project Management best practices and internal policies. Develop project plans and contract deliverables, manage planning/monitoring/execution, and coordinate day-to-day operations with the project team while liaising with finance, HR, and management. Deliver internal and external reporting, manage change requests, perform contract reviews, and support customer satisfaction through on-time responses and site visits.
